James comes to The Berns Team with almost 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Despite calling Los Angeles home for most of his life, James took a brief break to attend college in New Orleans, earning a business degree while playing football at Tulane University.

He loved the Big Easy, but ultimately couldn’t stay away from his hometown. His favorite part about living in Los Angeles? The limitless opportunities to experience just about anything you can imagine. LA’s thriving diversity leads to the best food, culture, and neighborhoods that simply can’t be replicated anywhere else.

He enjoys taking advantage of the city’s activities and events with his wife, Nicole, and their two young children, Amelia and Christian. He's success-driven & is not afraid to sink his teeth in learning and adapting to the fast-paced environment the team brings & is always up for helping out families and helping others reach their goals.
